FUGUE profiles and HOMSTRAD-related data files can be download from here.

The FUGUE suite of programs are freely available for academic users. It is written in ANSI C and should run on any UNIX platform. Depending on how you run the programs,  however, various other software and database files will have to be installed locally. More information about requirements and installation is found here.

The commercial version of the software is available from Tripos.

To obtain the software, take the following steps:

1. Apply for an academic licence (available on-line shortly but please e-mail us for now with the following information:

).

2. The Cambridge University Technology Transfer Office will send you a draft agreement for your review.

3. If you are happy with the agreement, sign two copies of the agreement, get them signed by the administrative officer in your institute and return both copies to the Technology Transfer Office.

4. We sign the agreements, return one copy back to you and send you the software.
